This phase is about listening. We’ll discuss short- and long-term goals, motivations, challenges, and what keeps you up at night. We will also dig to learn as much as possible about your world and your customers–researching the emerging trends, the market, as well as your competitors. We aim to flush out all the what-ifs and gain a shared perspective. The explorative work we do in this phase ensures a well-devised plan moving forward.
When we’ve gathered enough intel to make 007 proud, we move to define the parameters and identify the target. The main goal of this phase is to interpret the research and build a foolproof plan to hit the mark.
This is where our team ties on our headbands, pop our earbuds and gets busy. We’ve earned the right to get to work in this phase, and it’s an all-hands-on-deck, sweaty, after-hours, Foo Fighters blasting, caffeine-filled grind, but it’s our favorite.
Time to pop the box top! If this phase had a smell, we’d describe it as new sneaker smell. In this phase, our A-team physically delivers not only your first peek at the prototype, but all the final deliverables–on time and in mint condition with a bow on top.
