Berkshire Grey, Inc., an American technology company based in Bedford, Massachusetts, is a leader in AI-enabled robotics, providing solutions that automate fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics operations. Their intelligent robotics systems transform how goods are picked, placed, sorted, and packed, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

For their 2024 trade show booth, Berkshire Grey partnered with D’Eramo Design to showcase one of their latest robotic systems in live demonstrations. D’Eramo Design quickly familiarized themselves with the technical requirements of the Berkshire Grey system and the logistical constraints of the convention venues.

In collaboration with Berkshire Grey’s internal team, we developed a mechanical BOM and CAD layout. We also successfully onboarded with Berkshire Grey’s trusted vendors to understand fabrication constraints, including custom weldments, formed sheet metal, machined parts, and subassemblies. Our deliverables included a comprehensive technical data package with component drawings, models, a BOM of all custom parts and visual assets for internal and marketing use.
